1. How long are shipping times?
Your product will ship within 1 to 5 days of receiving an order. From that point, it typically takes 10 – 17 days for items to arrive in US, UK, and Canada. Other parts of the world could take 20 – 30 days for items to arrive. However, when there is a high demand for orders, our shipping timeframe could be up to 30 – 40 days.
2. Whats your return/refund policy?
Returns and refunds are offered 14 days after the confirmed delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item needs to be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Item also needs to be in the original packaging.
For Windows licenses and other downloadable software products, we offer refunds subject to the the following condition:
If a license key fails to activate, please contact our expert support team at email@example.com for immediate assistance. If after consulting and possible remote assistance from our tech team and the license still fails to activate, we will offer immediate replacement or refund depending on the situation.
3. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order — if it’s the wrong size, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted — then simply notify us, and depending on the degree of mismatch we’ll either give you a partial refund, or a full refund. Specific instructions will be sent to you on how to proceed with any of these actions.
4. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes we offer exchanges for situations where the item received is different from the item that was ordered or the item arrives damaged. We do not offer exchanges if the item was ordered in error. If for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll guide you on how to get a replacement or a refund.
